Advantage:

The beam is made of Q460C high-strength manganese steel (HG60), which has high strength and good toughness. The side beam is 300mm high, 140mm wide, 8mm thick "H" design, the bearing capacity is twice that of other steels, and will not deform for 10 years. The beams reinforce the vertical plates at the trapezoidal welds to prevent the vertical plates from being deformed by pressing down on both sides.

Titan's gooseneck adopts a down-pressed forehead to prevent the head from tilting during heavy load, which is conducive to climbing. The lower vertical plate of the beam gooseneck is reinforced, and the gooseneck double-layer beam vertical plate. The deformation of the vehicle is very small when the vehicle is heavily loaded.

The landing gears are reinforced with triangles to prevent them from tilting front, back, left and right. And TITAN used the world famous brand-JOST 28 Ton.

The brake valve is WABCO. The width of the brake pads is 220mm. Many factory brake pads are only 180mm wide, which reduces braking performance and increases stopping distance.

The suspension is reinforced, king pin is 70mm. The suspension vertical bars are lengthened, which can effectively prevent the suspension from welding and cracking, and increase the strength; and the suspension is reinforced at the front and rear, left and right. (A separate road condition for Africa is involved, which can meet dirt roads and bad road conditions)

Titan's ladder is made of high-strength steel H60 steel, with a four-in-one welded box structure. Strong and durable, no deformation. We use high-quality springs (high-elasticity double-spring ladders) for the ladder, which can be easily lifted by ordinary people with one hand, which is convenient for operation.
