1.The main beam of Titan Sidewall trailer is made of Q345 high strength steel,who has more loading capacity.The service life will be more than 10 years.
2.Titan also adopts advanced submerged arc welding technique,there is no welding interface between middle,bottom and upper plate of main beam.
The middle plate is 500 mm high,8 mm thick;upper plate is 14 mm thick,140 mm wide;bottom is 16 mm thick,140 mm wide.
3.the height of the side beam is 160mm,which is very strong.The height of the across beam is 100 mm,and every across beam has it own support.And there are 6 beam on the across beam.
4.Titan's bottom plate is the 3 mm, and it’s diamond plate, It is thicker than the 2.5 mm or 2 mm floor plate of other factories. The floor plate is strong and durable, and is not easy to deform.
5.Titan reinforces the main beam.The gooseneck parts of the main beam bottom plate has been reinforced,which makes the main has small deformation even if loading heavy things.The middle plate at gooseneck part is double.
6.we use Polyurethane paint. The characteristic of this paint is high adhesion, so the color is more beautiful. It costs twice as much as ordinary paint. And is will not fall off after using five years.
