1.The material for main beam is low carbon high strength alloy steel Q345. The specific specification of main beam is as following:
The height is 500mm, and thickness of middle plate is 8mm. Thickness of upper plate is 14mm, thickness of lower plate is 16mm. The width of upper plate and lower plate both are 140mm.
2.The service life is longer than 10 years. And we adopt automatic submerged arc welding technology to weld the main beam, so there is no interface between upper plate, middle plate and lower plate. Ensure the integrity of main beam.
3.The thickness of the side beam we made is 160mm, 100mm channel for through beam, and all of the through beam are supported by the Inclined support frame, and the distance of these frame no more than 500mm, which can ensure the trailer not easy to deform.
4.We used a 16 ton brake axle ;TITAN's vehicle axle has 9 years of experience in production quality, better bearing capacity and good braking effect. Other factories use 13 ton brake system axle.
5we use Polyurethane paint. The characteristic of this paint is high adhesion, so the color is more beautiful. It costs twice as much as ordinary paint. And is will not fall off after using five years.
